Something Fun
As I was in the basment the other day looking around, I found my sisters old canon film camera. I was thrilled when I found out it was in working shape. So I went to the store and bought batteries which cost around $15 :/ and I also bought a 4 pack of color film and a 3 pack of black and white. So far I'm having a blast taking photos, I can't wait to bring them to be devloped. I will upload some of the better pictures when I get them back.

Back in New Hampshire
School is over and I am finaly back in New Hampshire. I just spent an amazing week with my wonderful fiance. We went to the beach and mini golfed all day. We tried to go to Washington DC but could not find the zoo. We spent like 7 hours just driving around, but even though we could not go to the zoo we had a lot of fun just talking. I really can't wait to see her again! Now that I'm back at home, it has been non-stop running around for me. I get up in the morning, work on the homework for my summer classes, go to work, come home and do more homework. This week has been kinda hard becasue I have been so busy that I don't really get much time to talk to Lindsay. But I know that i only have one year till we get married, and then we can be together :)

Smile, Be Happy :)
It seems like this whole year has been one giant puzzle, that I have had to try to fit together. But this semester seems like the puzzle is almost finished. Next year right after graduation I am getting married to the most amazing woman in the world. After that we are moving out to Colorado Springs, where I will be part of the media team for Peak Life Chruch.
Sounds crazy right? But thats where my puzzle starts coming together. Every media class I have taken this semester has equiped me with the skills necessary to be the best I can be. It just seems like everything I have learned this semester has been directly connected to what I will be doing in Colorado. I really can't wait to get out there and just live out what I am most passionate about.
The reason for the title of my post is this. No matter were you are in life just take a moment to smile, becasue one day everything will work out for the best.

Creative
I was looking up videos and I stumbled upon this The Aurora. Unfortunately blogger does not allow me to embed videos from other sites besides youtube, so click on the link to watch. As I was watching not only was I amazed at the creativity of the guy who made the video, but I was also in awe of just how creative God is. Just as an artist fills a blank canvas with paint. God fills the sky with moving colors like his own personal light show. It truly is amazing to see how nature reveals God's majesty.

Worry
I have a lot of stuff going on right now. Of course classes and homework. But besides that I spend a lot of time thinking about my life after School. I only have a year left and then what? I am always thinking about the what if's. What if I can't find a job for the area of study that I have spent 4 years and over 80,000 trying to learn? What if I can't find a place to live? What if something happens that I can't control? But the biggest question that I sometimes throw around, is what if everything I have been working for turns out to be the wrong thing?
After all that worry I look to the Bible where God promises to take care of us. In Matthew 6:25-34 it says: "therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or what about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more then food, and the body more then clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable then they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you- you of little faith? So do not worry saying, "what shall we eat?" or "what shall we drink?" or "what shall we wear?" For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Also in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Reading these passages gives me such a sense of peace, and I know that God has a plan for my life. I know that even when I fell overwhelmed and all seems lost. That God has everything under His control.
